The Sr. Permanent Search Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, qualification, coaching and management of health care professionals in the Nursing, Allied Health, Revenue Cycle and Healthcare IT disciplines throughout the placement process and with our existing client base.  The Sr. Permanent Search Healthcare Recruiter is also tasked with relationship building and network development with members of the local healthcare community, both from a candidate and client perspective.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community recruitment, and professional networking
  • Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients
  • Manage relationships with clients by partnering to provide staffing solutions
  • Maintains balance of job orders and qualified candidates
  • Coach, develop, and manage qualified candidates and employees to maintain solid communication and yield stronger relationships
  • Maintain and increase candidate pool according to quarterly goals
  • Manage relationships with candidates for current and future career opportunities
  • Effectively communicate a marketable presentation of a qualified candidate for submission purposes to internal account managers
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates to effectively close deals
  • Draft and post job descriptions via web and other company resources
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Lead within the Permanent Search Healthcare team and proactively volunteer for projects
  • Mentor both Junior Recruiters and Recruiters
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
  • Minimum of 4 years of permanent search recruiting experience required
  • Healthcare Industry experience required
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting experience within an agency environment
