  • Analyze gene editing experiments using next generation sequencing
  • Perform genomic and transcriptomic analysis using state-of-art high throughput technologies
  • Assist CRISPR gRNA design for single targets and multiple targets
  • Perform genome-wide CRISPR screening library analysis
  • Provide guidance on experimental design and interpretation of biological data
  • Conduct high quality presentation at internal meetings
  • Summarize data and interpret results
  • MS or Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics or biological computational sciences
  • 2 + year of laboratory experience in academia or industry after Ph.D
  • Programming and scripting skills
  • Experience in solving biological problems using computational approach 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willing to collaborate and contribute to team goals
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with experience in cloud computing will be given preference
