The Permanent Search Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, qualification, coaching and management of health care professionals in the Nursing, Allied Health, Revenue Cycle and Healthcare IT disciplines throughout the placement process and with our existing client base.  The Permanent Search Healthcare Recruiter is tasked with relationship building and network development with members of the local healthcare community, both from a candidate and client perspective. We are looking for dynamic, professional, entrepreneurial, driven recruiters that aspire to more than transactional business.


  • Source, schedule, and interview qualified candidates to match position openings
  • Source potential candidates using creative tools and techniques including Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Draft and post job descriptions via web and other company resources
  • Search resumes using Boolean techniques
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
  • Maintain and increase candidate pool according to weekly and monthly goals
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates to effectively close deals
  • Coach, develop and manage qualified candidates and employees on assignment to maintain solid communication and yield stronger relationships
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Effectively communicate a marketable presentation of a qualified candidate for submission purposes to internal account managers


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience (preferably prior experience working for an agency; perm search experience not a requirement)
  • Healthcare Industry experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt to change and an eagerness to learn & be coached
  • Action and process oriented
  • High energy with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to produce to results with a strong competitive drive to be the best
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at once
  • Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals
  • Cold call experience
