  • Provide timely and high-quality operational support of Medical Affairs deliverables for Request for Public Disclosure
  • Create and update training materials pertaining to the review process and train reviewers on the RPD process as needed
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines
  • Collaborate with IT to refine the RPD workflow
  • Communicate issues and follow up with reviewers
  • Oversee planning and logistics for contracts, fair market value, meeting logistics, agenda creation and MA booth set up at congresses
  • Develop a high level of working knowledge to be able to serve seamlessly as an expert as needed
  • Assist in the administration and process of grants globally
  • Organize and maintain internal repository (BOX)


  • BA/BS required in a Life Science or Business related field;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years professional experience within pharmaceutical industry required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills
  • High Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Able to create presentation-quality materials
  • strong learning agility across database technologies and document manipulation
  • Ability to work independently, be adaptable, and exercise good judgement
  • General knowledge of scientific, medical and technical terminology
