Responsibilities:
  • Monitors employee E-Verify and I-9 records
  • Responsible for entering all employee record data into the system and validates documentation given to payroll
  • Creates and maintaines various HR reports; maintains data integrity by running reports and analyzing data
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure successful new hire onboarding 
  • Supports open enrollment, employee performance, and compensation cycles
  • Works with/assists tech staff in the reviewing, testing, and implementing new HRMS system upgrades
  • Documents system upgrade problems, resolutions and results
  • Creates training materials and process documentation for HRMS changes
  • Helps train HR and employees on new processes/functionality
  • Provides support for all HR systems by fielding questions and researching/resolving problems
  • Assists with implementation, communication, and roll out of the new global HRIS system (Oracle HCM Cloud)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems or similar preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years of HR systems support 
  • Experience in Oracle HRMS and/or Taleo experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel (PivotTables, V-Lookups) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong follow-up skills 
  • Must be able to set priorities and work within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude 
  • Able to work cross functionally with all departments 
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
