Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone and email inquiries in and efficient and timely manner, assuring each inquiry is directed to the correct person
  • Report any employee concerns to HR
  • Manage, process, and file employee documents
  • Record HR metrics, run reports, and organize charts to display result
  • Support HR Assistant
  • Take ID pictures, create badges, organize new hire paperwork, and complete other tasks involved in HR Orientation 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous HR experience preferable
  • Work efficiently both independently and on a team
  • Able to multitask and safely handle confidential documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
