The Recruiter for Healthcare Contract Services will be assigned to a Client Specific Portfolio.  In this role, the recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, qualification, coaching, and management of healthcare professionals in the Allied Health, Revenue Cycle, Administrative disciplines, throughout the entire placement process.  The Recruiter is tasked with relationship building and network development with members of the local healthcare community.  This individual acts as an adviser and strategic partner to the wide spectrum of people that he/she interacts with including coworkers, prospective/existing clients, prospective/active candidates, and other AP departments where crossover exists.  We are looking for dynamic, professional, entrepreneurial, driven recruiters that aspire to more than transactional business.


  • Source, schedule, and interview qualified candidates to match position openings for specific client portfolio
  • Source potential candidates using creative tools and techniques including Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn, Twitter, Zip Recruiter and Facebook
  • Draft and post job descriptions via web and other company resources to attract qualified candidates
  • Search resumes using Boolean techniques on various platforms
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates that meet client specific criteria
  • Maintain and increase candidate pool according to weekly and monthly goals
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates to effectively close deals
  • Coach, develop and manage qualified candidates and employees on assignment to maintain solid communication and yield stronger relationships
  • Conduct reference checks and other recruiter responsibilities in the credentialing cycle
  • Effectively communicate a marketable presentation of a qualified candidate for submission purposes to internal account managers


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience (preferably prior experience working for an agency meeting or exceeding sales metrics)
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus, specifically an understanding of the continuum of care.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities

  • Proven sales experience, specifically the development of new clients into long lasting customers
