Responsibilities: 

  • Answer both client/ customer calls in timely and professional manner
  • Screen calls for the purpose of providing support for members of current staff
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming guest and address all questions/concerns in the best way possible
  • Manage files in company database
  • Maintain weekly reports for staff members
  • Complete various projects as needed

 Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience working with databases preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
